LASER TITANIUM™ HARD ANODIZED COOKWARE

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Carefully read all instructions and remove all labels.
  • Wash pots, pans and lids in warm water with a mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly in warm water and wipe dry with a soft dish towel.

SEASONING

SEASONING YOUR PAN CAN IMPROVE NON-STICK PERFORMANCE:

  1. After washing, place pots and pans on a stove, set it to low or medium heat.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and spread it evenly over the inside of the inner surface.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and heat for 1 minute, don’t let the oil burn.
  4. Allow pots and pans to cool, then clean them.

EXTENDING THE LIFE OF YOUR COOKWARE

To maintain the appearance and performance of your cookware, follow these instructions:

  • Never use sharp tools such as knives, forks, or appliances such as electric mixers.
  • Although this product is dishwasher safe, we recommend handwashing with a gentle dish soap.
  • Do not preheat pans on high heat to speed up the process. Applying excessive heat to an empty pan can cause damage.
  • DO NOT exceed 700°F on the stove or in the oven for pots and pans.
  • DO NOT exceed 500°F in the oven for glass covers.
  • Never allow cookware to boil dry.
  • Never immerse a hot pan in cold water, as this may lead to irreparable warping.

STOVETOP USE

Laser Titanium™ cookware is safe for use on gas, electric, electric coil, halogen, and ceramic cooktops. Ensure to use a burner that matches the size of your pan, and keep the handle away from the burner. If using a gas range, ensure the flame doesn’t extend up the sides of the pan to prevent the handle from getting too hot and the pan from discoloration.

PREHEATING

Preheat the pan for 1 to 2 minutes at the heat setting you plan to use for cooking. To check if the pan is sufficiently heated, add a few drops of water. If they sizzle, the pan is ready. DO NOT rush the preheating process with high heat. We suggest starting with lower temperatures to prevent overcooking and burning until you get accustomed to your cookware’s performance.

  • Use high heat for boiling liquids and searing. Do not leave an empty pan on high heat for more than 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Use medium-high heat for sautéing, frying, and stir-frying.
  • Use medium heat for making pancakes, sandwiches, and omelets.
  • Use low heat for warming foods, simmering, and preparing delicate sauces.

CLEANING & CARE

Let the cookware cool completely before washing. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water to avoid warping. Clean the cookware thoroughly after each use to prevent grease buildup, which can cause food to stick. If you notice grease or discoloration on the stainless-steel handles, clean them with baking soda and white vinegar, then wipe with a sponge or soft cloth.

HAND-WASHING

  1. Pour a suitable quantity of everyday dish soap into the cookware.
  2. Add a corresponding amount of warm water.
  3. Using a soft sponge or cloth, scrub the pan thoroughly to create a rich lather.
  4. Rinse with water until it’s completely clean.

For any persistent stains, simply repeat the steps above as needed until the pan is spotless. Use a mild liquid dish soap. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners and pads.

DISHWASHER USE

Use a dishwasher detergent that does not contain bleach or citrus additives. Regular and prolonged dishwashing may eventually discolor your cookware. Some darkening of the base’s exterior may occur if regularly washed in the dishwasher—this is normal and will not affect the cookware’s performance.
