Mon Chateau warrants, subject to the conditions stated below, that Guy Fieri’s Laser Titanium Hard Anodized cookware (“product”) will be free from defects in material, construction and workmanship under normal household use and following care instructions from the date of the original purchase throughout the lifetime of the product.
Mon Chateau will repair or replace any product found covered by this warranty and found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal household use without charge or, at Mon Chateau’s discretion, substitute a replacement product of similar value.
CONDITIONS:
This warranty is valid for the original USA or Canada original purchaser with receipt or proof of purchase from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. If the product was not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void. Proof of purchase is required to obtain replacement. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way, change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Mon Chateau’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at Mon Chateau’s sole discretion. Mon Chateau shall not be liable for any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. Mon Chateau’s LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
