These pans are great. Seasoned with olive oil and nothing sticks. Very even heating also.

So far so good! Been using everyday for almost a month and they work better than anything I have used in the past. Will see how it goes..

I LOVE my stainless steel pan. Took a while to ship as I received my non stick 12" first. This may have been lack of communication of a backorder or something, but no matter! This thing was worth the wait! I needed a stainless steel pan as all my other cookware is non-stick, and this baby delivers! Quick heat, nice golden brown coloring and quick! And whoever complains about food sticking (saw another review on the 8 inch), just doesn't know what they're doing. Sticking occurs when you don't let a pan heat up enough, and the denaturation of protein in food causes it to bond to the steel. A properly pre heated pan, with a coating of oil forms a barrier between steel and food. The moisture from the food steams underneath, thus keeping the food from bonding with the steel and... WOW! It doesn't stick! Please learn how to use the product before you leave bad reviews. For the price, this thing is a gem!

I didn't need a whole set, as I have a relatively new set of non stick pans that I still enjoy very much. However, I didn't have a 12" fry pan. This fits the bill! Fair price, and good performance so far. I only sometimes wish the actual flat part of the pan was a bit larger, even though it's a 12", the pan itself seems a bit more rounded. Not any particular complaint, though.

So far no problem with the set. I like how they're built.

While visiting an “Only Humboldt” store in Ferndale (Guy’s hometown) I saw a display for his Flavortown pans. I liked what I saw, but they had no stock to sell. Later, I rec’d an internet ad for various sized sets!of Guy’s Flavortown Laser Titanium pans. I wasn’t willing buy a full set to try them out. So I ordered the 8.5” sautée (Omelet) pan. As a Chef, I don’t switch out my favorite tools very often. I used my German knives for over 25 years before switching to a new set of Damascus Steel Japanese knives. So the thought of trading out my stainless steel pans is a non-starter. But when the 8.5” pan arrived, it looked great, longer handle than my other Omelet pans. The surface was extremely smooth, much like normal coated non-stick pans, but these have no toxic coating. I seasoned it per the instruction and used it the next morning. I started to use a splash of oil, but decided to really test its claim. I cracked a couple of eggs in a hot dry pan. They fried up with crispy edges. My only complaint was that I could not slide a spatula under the eggs, it just pushed them around, so I used the standard chef’s flip. Then slid them onto my plate. Amazing. I cleaned the pan with a quick wipe with a paper towel.
I tried another dish that night, it was just as good. So I got back on the internet and ordered the full 12 piece set. So now I am retiring my second oldest and trusted tools.
I really think Guy has something special, as the laser titanium surface is truly non-stick, heavy enough, with a good handle and lid and are oven-tested to 700 degrees. I am satisfied.

I was actually very impressed by this skillets quality. But more importantly, it truly has proved to be actually a non-stick skillet. Meal after meal, from beef, vegetables, fish, and eggs, the cooked foods have not stuck the skillets surface. The claims are genuine! And the prices are extraordinary reasonable. I am absolutely satisfied!

I have used All Clad, Hex Clad, and frankly Guy’s FLAVORTOWN Cookware is in many ways a much better option and value!! I am hoping Guy produces a much LARGER than 12” Pan in the future as well!!!1

These pans are amazing and affordable. I thoroughly seasoned them with avocado oil. They do really well with eggs over easy. Also, steaks and pork chops cook so even that it makes you want to cook more than you're going eat. The clean up is also a snap. I follow the care directions by letting the pan cool down then using a dish rag with dawn dish soap. Best pans I have ever had the pleasure of using!!!

These skillets are excellent! I love the no stick.. on ANYTHING! Very easy to clean as well. You need these skillets! You won’t be sorry.

I received the 3- pan set. I followed the directions included on the small pan for seasoning them. The large one and the small one are fine. The 10inch pan, however, became very rough and bumpy. I tried to call the customer service number on the box and got a completely different business. I need to know what can be done about the 10 inch pan. I used the large one and it was wonderful. I see some people said there was a different set of instructions for seasoning on the website. There should be one proper way, not multiple choice!

Love this frying pan. Non stick and can use metal utensils. Easy clean up.

These pans definitely live up to the hype. They are truly nonstick and a dream to clean.
