Ceramic Cookware Care & Use Instructions

Welcome to Flavortown—Ceramic Edition!

Thanks for choosing our ceramic cookware! You’re about to take your kitchen game to the next level. To keep things sizzling and your gear in top shape, follow these Care and Use guidelines.

Before First Use

  • Give your cookware, lids, and utensils a good ol’ hand wash with warm soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth—treat it like your favorite ride.
  • Now you're ready to roll!

Cooking Guidelines

  • When frying, hit the pan with 1–2 tablespoons of oil. Wait for that shimmer—then drop in the flavor.
  • Oven Use: Cookware is oven safe up to 450°F. Glass lid taps out at 350°F.
  • Note: Stainless steel handles might show some color at high temps. No worries—it’s just a badge of honor. Keep it under 450°F for best results.
  • Microwave Use: Nope, not microwave safe.
  • Stovetop Compatibility:
    • Works great on ceramic, gas, and electric.
    • Match the burner size to the pan base—no oversized flames here.
    • Avoid wild temp swings to keep things smooth.
    • Preheat low and slow, then crank it up for stir-fry action.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Dishwasher: It’s safe, but hand washing keeps your cookware cruising longer.
  • Water Spots: Rinse with warm water and dry right away—no spots in Flavortown.
  • Stains Removal:
    • Mix equal parts vinegar and water, boil for 5–10 minutes, let it chill for 10, then wipe with a soft sponge.
    • Or go old-school: rub with half a lemon dipped in salt, rinse well.
    • Avoid Abrasives: No metal scouring pads or harsh cleaners—keep that surface smooth and slick.

Cooking Tips

  • Always use a potholder or mitt—this cookware gets hot like a summer BBQ.
  • Never leave an empty pan on a burner. That’s a one-way ticket to Burntville.

Glass Lid Safety

  • If it’s chipped, cracked, or scratched—retire it.
  • Keep it away from hard knocks and drops.

Utensils Care

  • Not oven safe.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is the VIP treatment.
  • Clean right after use to avoid crusty leftovers.
  • Skip strong acid or alkaline cleaners.
  • Don’t shock hot utensils with cold water or surfaces.
  • Keep temps under 350°F.
  • Never heat utensils on an empty pot.
  • No abrasives or metal pads—treat ‘em like your favorite spatula.
