My wife and I work as cooks at the Sr Citizens Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma. We prepare lunch for 75 Sr citizens that are delivered and another 30 that are picked up and about 25 that eat at the center. Before we got there it was a lot of frozen Tator tots and instant potatoes. We switched over to real potatoes and the blender helps us with mashing them not to mention making the gravy smoother!! We love this product.

I would like to return, mine, it’s from someone else ‘s house . Looks like it’s been used. I emailed and not getting a response on how to return for a full refund.

Maybe a returned item?

The item was well packed. Be careful!!!! The "chop" blade is not isolated in its own packaging and it's very sharp.

My only issue is that mine appeared to have been used. It had food residue on the side of the tool. I washed it clean, along with the other tool components. Haven't used it yet - but seems like it's in good working order and will be handy when the need arises.
