Award Winning Caprese Chicken Bowl Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • Lightly Breaded Chicken Tenders
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Pepper
  • 1/4 Cupped Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions

  1. Saute Garlic and Onions in EVOO
  2. Add Chicken and Balsamic
  3. Add Tomato and Mozzerella
  4. Garnish with Fresh Basil
  5. Salt and Pepper to Taste
  6. Serve over Rice or Pasta or whatever your kids will complain about the least
