Laser Titanium has a chemical-free safe interior (no PFAS, PTFE, PFOA) with excellent food release properties, it is durable and can be used with metal utensilts, and it is oven and dishwasher safe. Since there is no coating, it will never flake or scrape off unlike traditional non-stick cookware.
According to Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry PFAS are man-made chemicals that have been used to make nonstick cookware. The most commonly studied PFAS are perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS). Many scientific articles have been published about PFAS exposure and health effects. Some states, for example Minnesota, will ban sales of products with PFAS, including cookware starting from Jan-1, 2025.
This cookware has no coating, because Titanium is infused into the pan itself through a laser process to create a non-chemical nonstick surface. Laser Titanium cookware doesn't include any chemicals such as PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium.
Laser Titanium can be used on all types of stovetops, except for induction.

Laser Titanium cookware has similar food release as traditional non-stick cookware, but it doesn't contain any coating on the pan to create these non-stick properties. The Titanium is laser infused into the pan itself, so, unlike traditional non-stick pans, there will never be any flaking, scraping or peeling of the surface. There are no potentially harmful chemicals such as PFAS, PTFE or PFOA.
Laser Titanium cookware has similar food release performance compared to traditional ceramic cookware, but it is more durable, because it can be used at higher temperature (up to 700F), while ceramic cookware can flake or chip at higher temperatures and break down over time and loose all non-stick properties.
Laser Titanium cookware is made of a hard anodized alumium exterior and titanium infused interior to make the pans 3x harder than stainless steel. Like stainless, no chemical coatings are used, but Laser Titanium has a non-stick surface for easy food release unlike stainless steel cookware which sticks.
Pre-seasoning a pan adds an additional layer to the surface improving food release and allowing you to reduce amount of butter, oil or fat used for healthier cooking and easier cleanup.
While any oil can be used in the preseasoning process, we would recommend a high smoke point oil such as avocado or safflower oil.
Lids are available as part of our 10 and 12 pcs sets, as well as our 12" frypan with lid, 2Qt saucepan, 5Qt sautepan, 6Qt Dutch Oven, 8Qt stock pot. Individual lids are not available for sale

We ditched all of our old non stick pans with forever chemicals and made the switch to Flavortown titanium infused. We love these pans, non stick, easy to clean and heat up quickly.
So far these pans are slippery and haven’t scratched at all. Especially love the 12 inch frying pan and the 12 inch chicken fryer for the larger cooking surface.

While visiting an “Only Humboldt” store in Ferndale (Guy’s hometown) I saw a display for his Flavortown pans. I liked what I saw, but they had no stock to sell. Later, I rec’d an internet ad for various sized sets!of Guy’s Flavortown Laser Titanium pans. I wasn’t willing buy a full set to try them out. So I ordered the 8.5” sautée (Omelet) pan. As a Chef, I don’t switch out my favorite tools very often. I used my German knives for over 25 years before switching to a new set of Damascus Steel Japanese knives. So the thought of trading out my stainless steel pans is a non-starter. But when the 8.5” pan arrived, it looked great, longer handle than my other Omelet pans. The surface was extremely smooth, much like normal coated non-stick pans, but these have no toxic coating. I seasoned it per the instruction and used it the next morning. I started to use a splash of oil, but decided to really test its claim. I cracked a couple of eggs in a hot dry pan. They fried up with crispy edges. My only complaint was that I could not slide a spatula under the eggs, it just pushed them around, so I used the standard chef’s flip. Then slid them onto my plate. Amazing. I cleaned the pan with a quick wipe with a paper towel.
I tried another dish that night, it was just as good. So I got back on the internet and ordered the full 12 piece set. So now I am retiring my second oldest and trusted tools.
I really think Guy has something special, as the laser titanium surface is truly non-stick, heavy enough, with a good handle and lid and are oven-tested to 700 degrees. I am satisfied.
