
Garlic-Lime Tequila Shrimp with Crostini Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- ¼ cup tequila
- 2 tbsp Flavortown Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 baguette, toasted (crostini)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
- Heat butter and oil in ceramic pan. Add garlic until fragrant.
- Toss in shrimp, season, and cook until just pink.
- Add tequila carefully and flambé if safe; reduce slightly.
- Stir in lime juice, zest, and Flavortown Chipotle Hot Sauce. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with toasted crostini.
