One-Pot Beef & Beer Skillet Chili Mac Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Flavortown Chili Rub
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup lager or ale beer
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
- 2 tbsp Flavortown Hot Sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Green onions, sliced (garnish)
- Crispy fried onions (garnish)
Recipe Directions
- In ceramic skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Season with Flavortown Chili Rub.
- Add butter and flour, stirring to create a roux. Cook 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in beer, then beef stock. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat, stir in cheeses and Flavortown Hot Sauce until creamy.
- Garnish with green onions and crispy fried onions. Serve directly in skillet.
