Skillet Lasagna Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef, ground turkey, or italian sausage
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- Ricotta cheese
Recipe Directions
- Season the ground beef (or meat of choice) with salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic. Cook until meat is cooked through.
- Add pasta sauce and chicken broth and mix until well combined.
- Break apart 9 lasagna noodles and add them to the pan. Try to arrange them so that they are under the liquid.
- Turn burner on medium high and cook until pasta is al dente.
- Add heavy whipping cream and half of the shredded mozzarella. Mix.
- Add 5-6 spoonfuls of ricotta cheese on top, and add remaining mozzarella.
- Cook at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted.
- Optional: Broil for a few minutes.
