Soy Sauce Noodles Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
Sauce Mixture
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Veggies
- ¼ green bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ yellow bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ onion, sliced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Noodles
- 2 packages of cooked udon noodles
Recipe Directions
1. Make the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, rice wine vinegar, salt, five-spice powder, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Set aside.
2. Cook the Veggies:
- In a large pan, sauté the green and yellow bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
3. Combine Noodles and Sauce:
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the veggies and let cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked udon noodles, stirring to coat them well in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
4. Serve:
- Add chopped green onions, toss briefly, and serve hot. Enjoy!
