Wow - These are just amazing... seasoning them was easy and they work great. They brown things so well and are easy to clean. Even scrambled eggs easily came out of the pan. The fact that they are chemical free was a huge factor in my purchase and i couldn't be happier with them.
So far a few weeks in of Dailey use and these pans are performing as well as I hoped or maybe better than I expected!!
I’m impressed by the weight of these pans, very sturdy. I have cooked only one meal so far, since I had them for just a few days, and I cook on weekends only. The salmon sautéed fantastically, and my side of spinach/mushroom/onion was equally well. Cleanup was a breeze. My only upset is that these pans do not have any matching lids. I am forced to use ill-fitting lids from old pots/pans to be able to create steam. I don’t know if the lids from your pots in the 12-piece set would work on the pans, which I didn’t buy, mainly because I have many pots already. I’d be happy if you sell lids for the pans.
I’ve used a lot of cookware over the years and by far this is the best stainless cookware I’ve ever used.
The pan is great used several times now. Took a very long time to recieve and there is no customer service phone number to call. Not sure if I'll order more or not.
I bought the 8.5" and 10" set. They do a good job and clean up easily. The price was decent too!
Great pans, Great price. As a novice cook, it would have been helpful to include instructions on how to season the pans.

My first set came in with a tag saying the pans must be seasoned. I did as per instructions. Absolutely ruined the pans. I returned them to Macys. I ordered another set which said not to season. They work perfectly.
Guy wouldn't put his name on anything that isn't very high quality. I defy you to get anything to stick to these pans.
We love our 12 piece set we ordered and received in December. Exactly as described and the nonstick is great! However, the 3 piece set i ordered on 03/22/25 still has not arrived (04/29/25) to give an accurate review. I'm assuming they are just as good as the others I purchased. But after 3 emails wondering why they are on the pony express getting to wyoming I had one reply of the shipping department will be in touch. Apparently the shipping department uses telegram still as I have not heard from them. I definitely recommend buying these, just don't be in a hurry to use them.
I seasoned the pans , when I cook eggs , they' still stck ,
When I cook sausage the pan burns and I have to use soap and water To clean it , seems like they stain. I like them but. Not like they are portrayed exactly .

One of the big advantages of this new product line is that there is no coating to damage, scrape, or flake off. To thoroughly clean your pan, we suggest using a cleanser, kitchen sponge, and some good old fashion elbow grease. This should make the pans like brand new.
As with any new technology, there is a lot to learn. After extensive third party testing over the past six months, we have found excellent nonstick performance without seasoning. Our team has already removed the direction to season the products from future inventory, please enjoy cooking on Laser Titanium without seasoning your pans. what is the warranty on the 8.5" and 11" pans
These pans cook food evenly. Like advertised, it’s best to cook at a low to medium heat. They clean beautifully and I love they are chemical free.
The two pans I purchased work very good, saves a lot of unnecessary Messi cleaning afterwards.
However, The two gray pans I purchased when I received them looked to be slightly worn or used on close inspection looking inside the pans, which I thought was strange but didn't question.
Other than that I am very satisfied, and if I could afford to purchase other things from you I would, but for now, my budget does not allow it, thanks again.
