I have a set of Hexclad which I love but need ed a couple more pans of the same size and didn’t want to spend that kind of money so I saw Guy’s set and decided to try them and absolutely love them and the price is perfect!!!
Doesn’t work on abduction stoves. I thought I’d read where it did. My bad
I totally abuse my pans.. I use metal spatulas, sharp cutting knife’s. I mean, I scrape , cut and bang them around. Not a single scratch or anything. I wouldn’t even think of doing this in any other pan. I’m extremely impressed with the ease of cleaning. It doesn’t warp, nor does any food stick to it. Truly designed very well.
