Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuits Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 can of biscuits

        Recipe Directions

        1. In a large pot, add the mixed vegetables, butter, and seasonings.
        2. Mix this together on medium heat until the butter is melted and the vegetables are starting to soften.
        3. Next add the cream of chicken soup.
        4. Mix together.
        5. Add milk and mix together until you get a creamy consistency.
        6. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add sour cream and mix until well combined.
        7. Add chicken and cook until vegetables and chicken are warm. Serve over biscuits.
