Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuits Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 can of biscuits
Recipe Directions
- In a large pot, add the mixed vegetables, butter, and seasonings.
- Mix this together on medium heat until the butter is melted and the vegetables are starting to soften.
- Next add the cream of chicken soup.
- Mix together.
- Add milk and mix together until you get a creamy consistency.
- Once the mixture starts to bubble, add sour cream and mix until well combined.
- Add chicken and cook until vegetables and chicken are warm. Serve over biscuits.
