I’ve used it a couple of times, once in the oven and meat was cooked perfectly.

Good solid basic ss pan

I needed a mid size stainless steel pan that wouldn’t break the bank. This is well made, not too heavy and doesn’t have any hot spots when cooking. Works perfectly on my induction stove and just the right size. When preheated before adding oil and food I haven’t had any issues with sticking. A great pan at a great price!

I LOVE my stainless steel pan. Took a while to ship as I received my non stick 12" first. This may have been lack of communication of a backorder or something, but no matter! This thing was worth the wait! I needed a stainless steel pan as all my other cookware is non-stick, and this baby delivers! Quick heat, nice golden brown coloring and quick! And whoever complains about food sticking (saw another review on the 8 inch), just doesn't know what they're doing. Sticking occurs when you don't let a pan heat up enough, and the denaturation of protein in food causes it to bond to the steel. A properly pre heated pan, with a coating of oil forms a barrier between steel and food. The moisture from the food steams underneath, thus keeping the food from bonding with the steel and... WOW! It doesn't stick! Please learn how to use the product before you leave bad reviews. For the price, this thing is a gem!

My video proves my point. It might not be my best egg, but I did this specifically for this review... WOW! it doesn't stick! Lol
